Employees Recognized for Years Without Workplace Injury

 

On Monday, the Board of County Commissioners' recognized four employees who have gone twenty years or more without having a workplace related injury. The Safety Awards are given by the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma to recognize employees who have dedicated themselves and their workplace to safety. By going injury free, it not only promotes a healthy and positive work environment, it also saves the county money from workers' compensation claims. These employees have done an amazing job being safe on the job, and we are tremendously proud of them!

Awardees:

Gary Yakeyonney, County Assessor's Office - recognized for 25 years of no workplace injury

Jane Barnett, District #1 - recognized for 20 years

David Daugherty, District #3 - recognized for 20 years

Richard Sellers, District #3 - recognized for 20 years
